CHEF DETAILS
Ezzedin Sultan- A passionate pastry chef who started his career in a small shop in Tripoli, learning and perfecting his skill in baking and pastry making. He later moved to develop his craft and work at the Intercontinental Phoenicia hotel. He is passionate about chocolate and his hobbies include swimming, reading ,and researching every thing new in the pastry world.
