Christelle Yammine is a Registered Dietitian with a degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from Saint Joseph University and has extensive experience in the field of clinical dietetics, hospital patient consultation, quality control and food safety with strong emphasis on Training and creating awareness about the importance of the Food Safety. Christelle strongly believes “40% of the Food Poisoning cases occur at home”. She has worked for more 10 years as a clinical dietitian and as a Food safety and quality controller in the biggest Hotels and Restaurant companies and have trained thousands of employees on the International standards. Encouraged by her experience, Christelle wanted to share her approach and expertise with people on a larger scale. Thus she can help more people from different backgrounds and cultures, by improving their knowledge about Hygiene and Safety and answering their questions and concerns! -
