In this class you will learn all the basics and techniques needed for a Chef to be able to work in a professional kitchen. From basic techniques of knife skills, broths, sauces and seasonings to the preparation of eggs, vegetables, sandwiches and salads. You do not need to have any experience to take this class, and it is a pre-requisite to the other Culinary Arts courses offered.

    • This training is dedicated for those seeking a culinary career in the hotel or restaurant business or for people with passion for cooking.
    • The recommended minimum age is 16 years old.
    • The instruction languages are Arabic and English and the theory handbook and recipes are written in English.
    • The tuition fees are to be settled in full prior to the course start date or upon registration.
    • An application form is to be completed or submitted with the following documents:
      1. High-school/University certificates (if available)
      2. Proof of English level (if available)
      3. Completed statement of health
