In this training you will learn all the advanced techniques needed for a Chef to be able to enhance his capabilities in a professional kitchen.
From making emulsions, introducing cheese, knowing how to cure and smoke foods, making sausages and terrines, preparing hors d'oeuvres and baked foods and learning how to present and design food and buffet.

  • The instruction languages are Arabic and English and the theory handbook and recipes are written in English.
  • The tuition fees are to be settled in full prior to the course start date or upon registration.
