You will learn about the principles of cooking and its various applications and techniques in potatoes, rice, pasta, noodles, meat, fish and chicken.
The Basic Culinary Art Classes are a prerequisite for these classes, or a 2 year minimum experience is a must.

Basic Culinary Arts
Start Date: Mar 08 End Date: Apr 09In this class you will learn all the basics and techniques needed for a Chef to be able to work in a professional kitchen. From basic techniques of knife skills, broths, sauces and seasonings to the preparation of eggs, vegetables, sandwiches and salads. You do not need to have any experience to take this class, and it is a pre-requisite to the other Culinary Arts courses offered.
